WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY TUITION.

As a celebration of the incredible wildlife and outstanding natural beauty on the Isle of Wight, I have been developing a program to be able to offer unique wildlife photography tuition for 2010.

Appreciating the incredible landscape and wildlife species diversity we have on the Island makes it a perfect venue for wildlife and landscape photography. I live on the doorstep of some of the most stunning Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and so what more natural a progression than to offer a weekend of photography to you if you are coming here to visit.

The Isle of Wight is well populated with birds and mammals, and much of this wildlife is at home in stunning AONB. Using my own knowledge of these areas and their habitats, I utilise my years of experience with wildlife to be able to bring you face to face with wild subjects. Considering that there may be interest for all aspects of natural world photography I am able to include locations that can cater for macro, landscape and telephoto techniques.

Food and Accomodation:

I have chosen a selection of excellent and comfortable rural bed and breakfast accomodation that is convenient to our location work. Evening meals may be obtained from a number of excellent country pubs.

Theory can include camera techniques such as depth of field, shutter speed, lighting, and composition, and there is an option to spend an evening of your choice on image critique and/or digital processing and file management.

Field trips are aimed at providing encounters with wild subjects in their natural environment and tuition and advice is given on fieldcraft and approaching wildlife subjects.

I aim to arrange the groups at booking stage into similar abilities for each weekend so that you can maximise the enjoyment and achievement gained during your photo break.
